Tiffany Wilkinson our Business Administration apprentice recently arranged a family fun day in Preston to support the Poppy Mai Trust, A charity that was set up in the wake of Poppy Mai Barnard a family friend’s fight against a progressive malignant rhabdoid tumour. Tiffany found herself in hospital for most of the week leading up to the event but she still managed to complete the organisation culminating in a marvellous day raising over £1000.
